A Nomination for Most Disengenuous
And what exactly has the Bush administration done? Goddam little. In her last real interview, Condoleeza Rice called for "greater participation" and uttered some platitudes about expanding democracy in the kingdom, but that's about it. What should the Bush administration do? Lots of things. In a comment thread last January, I wrote a ten-point plan, and with a few changes and additions, here it is:
