As recently as last week I was having a conversation, well not really a conversation, but a discussion about the Michael Jackson trial. At the time, I stood strong on my belief in the principal that we are innocent until pr oven guilty, faced with a friend who believes he is guilty.

And something about that, that very idea that Michael Jackson might be guilty, is very disturbing. Occasionally, I will be somewhere public and one of his songs will come on the radio. And oddly, I feel dirty, or just … strange, hearing it. I still remember where I was the first time I heard all of the Thriller LP, and now.. now I cringe if I hear something off it.
