Having witnessed the helplessness of people especially on the coastal villages of Nagapattinam, President Clinton's visit is a welcome boon! Have been trying to touch base with the duo - Former Presidents Bush and Clinton. President Clinton is there on behalf of the United Nations.

My wife described the make-shift homes of the victims comparing them to smaller than our dog kennel-- not quite well made as dog kennel even she says. These are the poorest of the poor who struggle with their day to day existence. We hope that President Clinton's help would reach these most deserving people. I can only visualize their hands reaching and crying out for help.

We have reached out to 100 orphaned boys and girls and made a CD for $229 each so that it would generate interest for their expense and they could have full access upon their reaching 18. Please feel free to join in this venture in giving hope to the hopeless. www.stgabrielsuec.org/relief

I hadn't seen this. This will make Bill Clinton the fourth Arkansan to visit Nagapattinam since the Tsunami.

My wife was there in January with our Rector and his wife distributing the funds we'd raised. (Our Rector is from South India)I hope that he is able to focus a bit more attention on these worthy people. God knows they need it.
