Stem Cells
The only thing that would make this better is if it stopped raining here:
Mario Cuomo had a guest op-ed in the New York Times on Sunday discussing President Bush’s policy on halting federal grant money for embryonic stem cell research. The debate comes down to should we base federal policy on science or the religious beliefs of the President.
