While browsing the web today, I came up on this.

The next day, Saakashvili left for the United States where he will attend the 60th General Assembly of the United Nations. Saakashvili will also meet with the U.S. Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice and sign an agreement to receive $295 million in assistance from the Millennium Challenge Account, $102.2 million of which is earmarked for the rehabilitation of infrastructure and roads in the Samtskhe-Javakheti region partly inhabited by ethnic Armenians.

Who knew...
