I've been in a big conflict with a woman in one of our satellite offices for a couple of weeks now. You know how office politics are. We're still hashing out the pecking order in the organization. It was over a tiny little insignificant matter which shouldn't have taken any time at all, but we're both grown women and handle this in the most mature fashion possible, which means we run to the boss to tell on the other one.
